Look no further for a ProSupport contract for residential computer help.  We will be announcing more details on the 1st of December.  Initially in December we will sign up our first 100 customers for this new offering.

We will help reduce the cost of computer repairs and make general assistance more available to the Retail Consumer.  Need a place to get answers we will be you "Go To Guys"


Support plans will include:

1. Telephone support
2. eMail support
3. Remote support at a fixed price
4. In-Home repairs for most repairs at a fixed cost rather than hourly rates
5. In-Shop repairs for a fixed labor cost plus parts
6. Discounts on system migrations and new system setups, even if the system is bought somewhere else but none of my good customers would do that...right!

Rates and full services will be disclosed after 12/1.

This will be an annual support product and a discount for multiple machines will be identified.
